The metering assembly is arranged in the metering installation box and communicated with the bottom of the tank assembly, the filter is connected with an outlet of the metering assembly through a pipeline, and the spinning nozzle is connected with output of the filter. The tank assembly comprises a heating furnace with the upper portion fixed to the tank supporting box, a raw material tank arranged in the heating furnace in a sleeved mode and used for storing raw materials, and a plurality of feeding pipes arranged on the raw material tank. The lower part of the stirring mechanism is arranged in the raw material ta
