The scissor-fork type high-precision cargo loading detection device for the AGV is characterized by comprising a horizontally-arranged scissor-fork mechanism, the fixed end of the scissor-fork mechanism is installed on an AGV machine body, and the telescopic end of the scissor-fork mechanism is arranged towards the cargo loading and unloading side; the shear fork mechanism is provided with a pressure detection piece used for detecting the pressure acting on the telescopic end of the shear fork mechanism, and when the pressure acting on the telescopic end of the shear fork mechanism is larger than the trigger value of the pressure detection piece, the pressure detection piece is triggered to be communicated. By optimizing the cargo carrying detection structure and the installation structure, the problem of inaccurate cargo carrying detection caused by deformation of the installation structure and looseness of a screw of a probe rod of a travel switch of a traditional travel switch detection structure is solved
