The biochemical analyzer comprises a detector body, a reagent disc, a sample disc, a reagent needle structure and a reaction disc are arranged on the upper surface of the detector body, a sample threaded opening is formed in the sample disc, and the reagent needle structure is arranged on the upper end face of the detector body. The reagent needle is wrapped in a vertical sliding barrel and a first rubber cover when not in use, so that bacteria in air are effectively prevented from adhering to the reagent needle, the bacteria in the air are prevented from influencing experimental results, experimental data are more accurate, and the experimental efficiency is improved. When the arranged cover plate rotates relative to the detector body to be closed, an upper rubber sealing edge and a lower rubber sealing edge are mutually sealed and attached, so that a kit, a reaction disc and a solution sample in a sample threaded opening are effectively prevented from being infected by bacteria, and bacteria in air are prev
