A self-jacking operation device for pipe jacking construction comprises a main pipe body and a brim part installed at the front end of the main pipe body, a plurality of jacking oil cylinders are installed in the main pipe body, the cylinder body ends of the jacking oil cylinders are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the main pipe body, and the piston rod ends face the side away from the brim part.
