The aluminum bar positioning and cutting device comprises a mounting supporting plate and a driving motor, a cutting knife is fixedly connected to a driving shaft of the driving motor, a collecting cover is arranged at the right end of the upper surface of the mounting supporting plate, and a collecting concave plate is connected to the bottom end of the collecting cover in a left-right sliding mode. A driving cylinder with one end extending into the collecting cover is connected to the bottom of the front side of the collecting cover in a front-back sliding mode, and a rectangular supporting guide rod with one end extending into the collecting cover is connected to the middle of the rear side of the collecting cover in a front-back sliding mode. The collecting cover can block flying chippings, meanwhile, the chippings falling on the sliding slope can slide to the bottom end of the collecting cover and finally fall into the collecting concave plate, and therefore people only need to regularly clean the chippi
