An efficient lubrication direct injection type oil injection pump comprises an oil injection pump body, a plunger seat is installed at the upper end of the oil injection pump body, an oil inlet hole, an oil return hole and a fuel oil cavity are formed in the upper end of the plunger seat, a plunger and barrel assembly is installed in the plunger seat, and an annular oil storage groove is formed in the periphery of the plunger and barrel assembly. Oil injection holes are machined in the plunger base and the oil injection pump body and aligned with the annular oil storage groove.
