The axle body structure of the trailer axle comprises an axle main shaft, positioning sleeves are arranged on the two sides of the outer portion of the axle main shaft in a sleeved mode, the positioning sleeves are fixedly connected with the axle main shaft through bolts, middle shaft rods are fixed to the upper surfaces of the two positioning sleeves, springs are arranged on the outer portions of the two middle shaft rods in a sleeved mode, and the springs are fixedly connected with the axle main shaft through bolts. Fixed sleeves are fixed to the upper surfaces of the two positioning sleeves and located outside the two springs, and outer sleeves are slidably mounted on the outer portions of the middle shaft rods and located outside the fixed sleeves. According to the axle body structure of the trailer axle, when a user uses the trailer axle, the axle main shaft is connected with a vehicle bottom suspension, the user can fixedly connect the two positioning rods with the lower surface of a chassis of a traile
