Towing brackets are respectively arranged on calcaneus side positions of both sides of a star-shaped bracket along the longitudinal shaft direction. A regulating stem is arranged on the towing bracket, a support sleeve is arranged below the regulating stem, and the support sleeve is connected with both ends of a wire needle which penetrates through the calcaneal. A draw rod is arranged at the U-shaped jaw opening of the ankle upper bracket and the sole centre bracket, and an ankle upper pad and a sole centre pad are respectively arranged in the ankle upper bracket and the sole centre bracket.
