Summary: | A low-cost bus voltage detection circuit comprises a high-voltage battery HV Battery, a high-frequency transformer T, a secondary side output rectifier diode, an output filter capacitor, a flyback power switch tube Q1, a digital isolation chip Digital Isolator and a motor controller main control microprocessor MCU. By using an idle channel on a digital oscillator, an ADC port and a TIM port are additionally arranged at an MCU microprocessor, and a secondary side output winding Coil 2 for bus voltage sampling, a rectifier diode D2 and an output filter capacitor C2 are additionally arranged at a high-frequency transformer T, so that the bus voltage is detected, and the detection precision is improved. Compared with the prior art in which a linear isolation optocoupler and other modes with high price are adopted, on the premise that the precision and the robustness of the system are guaranteed, the cost is low, and better economical efficiency is achieved.
