During sampling, the sampling needle is driven by the sampling sliding block to slide towards the outer side of skin tissue of a patient from the inside of the sampling needle cylinder, so that negative pressure is generated, and tumor tissue of the patient is left in the sampling needle cylinder. By arranging the protective sleeve, the interior of the tissue of the patient is protected, stimulation of the edge of the sampling needle cylinder to the tumor tissue of the patient
