The circuit comprises a charger, a battery and a charging control panel, the charging control panel comprises a charger interface, a battery interface, a single-chip microcomputer and an MOS tube, the charger interface is electrically connected with the charger, the charger interface is electrically connected with the battery interface through the MOS tube, and the battery interface is electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer through the single-chip microcomputer. The battery interface is electrically connected with the battery, and the single-chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the control end of the MOS tube. A charging control panel is arranged, a charger is connected with a battery on the charging control panel through an MOS tube, the charging control panel is provided with a single-chip microcomputer which can output a control signal to control the on-off of the MOS tube, and after programming by a programmer, when the transfer trolley detects that the battery is abnormal,
