The tail shield grease groove machining tool clamp comprises a lower supporting pier, a jack and an upper supporting block which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, a sinking table used for containing the bottom of the jack is arranged above the lower supporting pier, and the bottom end of the upper supporting block is provided with a round pin shaft which is inserted into a center hole above the jack. A socket groove is formed in the top end of the upper supporting block to support the tail shield. According to the tail shield grease groove machining tool clamp, the upper supporting block and the lower supporting pier are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the jack respectively, on one hand, the height of the jack is increased, on the other hand, the supporting stability of the improved jack is guaranteed, and the jack is not prone to falling and collapsing.
