According to the single-stage double-suction high-temperature and high-pressure pump, one end of a pump cover of the pump is an insertion end, and the other end of the pump cover is an installation end; two pump covers are installed on the two sides of the pump body, and the insertion ends on the two sides are oppositely arranged. A shaft body is mounted in the center of the pump body; the left end of the shaft body penetrates through the shaft hole of the pump cover on the left side; the right end of the shaft body penetrates through the shaft hole of the right pump cover; an impeller is installed in the center of the shaft body and located between the insertion ends of the pump covers on the two sides. The pump body and the pump covers on the two sides form a pumping chamber at the impeller, and a water suction chamber is formed between an annular cavity in the middle of each pump cover and the inner wall of the pump body. The water suction chambers on the two sides are located on the two sides of the pumpi
