The concrete mixer comprises a bottom plate, a mixing drum and a mixing rod, the mixing drum is arranged above the bottom plate, the mixing drum is supported on the bottom plate through two supporting rods, a vertical plate is connected to the position, close to the mixing drum, of the upper surface of the bottom plate, and a through groove is formed in the position, close to the upper portion, of the vertical plate; a second motor is installed at the top end of the vertical plate, the output end of the second motor is connected with a reciprocating screw rod, and in the process that the first motor drives the stirring rod on the rotating rod and the scraping strip to integrally rotate to stir concrete, the second motor can be started to drive the lifting plate to move up and down, so that the scraping strip moves up and down while rotating close to the stirring barrel; according to the concrete stirring device, concrete adhering to different positions of the inner wall of the stirring barrel can be scraped o
