Abstract | The utility model provides a compound manipulator for glandular stomach esophagus processing. The compound manipulator has a transverse opening state, a transverse clamping state and a vertical hanging state. The composite manipulator comprises a bearing seat, a bearing assembly which is mounted on the bearing seat and is used for placing the poultry gizzards, a pressing assembly which is mounted on the bearing seat and is used for clamping the poultry gizzards on the bearing assembly, and a first rotary driving mechanism which is used for enabling the pressing assembly to act to be close to or far away from the bearing assembly; and the second rotary driving mechanism is used for driving the bearing seat to rotate so as to enable the composite manipulator to be in a transverse clamping state or a vertical hanging state.
