The utility model is characterized in that the utility model comprises a main rod whose both ends are bent inwards, and the lower end of the main rod is connected with a ground supporting plate. A pair of brake tongs is arranged on the bending rod of the lower portion of the main rod, and the upper end of he main rod is provided with a hand brake which is used for controlling the tong tongues of the brake tongs to be tightly clamped or loosened. The utility model has the advantage that the utility model easily and quickly pulls the cotton firewood straws, the small saplings and flower roots.
