According to the multi-oil-way hydraulic synchronous control device, the parallel type hydraulic pipeline design is provided on the basis of the two-way flow dividing valve block, hydraulic oil equivalent circulation of multiple oil cylinders can be achieved in the two-way stroke of extension and retraction of the piston rod, and therefore the consistency of output power of the multiple oil cylinders is guaranteed. The multi-oil-way hydraulic synchronous control device comprises a hydraulic station and at least one group of oil cylinders communicated with the hydraulic station in parallel, and a synchronous flow dividing valve block and a switch valve group are communicated between each group of oil cylinders and the hydraulic station; the oil cylinder is provided with n (n is greater than or equal to 2) groups of pistons which are connected in parallel; the pistons are divided into n groups of rod cavities which are connected in series and n groups of rodless cavities which are connected in parallel by pisto
