Summary:A pile foundation positioning and protecting device comprises at least four steel chisels, a positioning box and a protecting cover. The positioning box comprises a top plate, an outer side wall, an inner side wall and a bottom plate; the outer side wall is square, and the inner side wall is cylindrical; limiters are installed at the four corners of the top plate. Sleeves for containing steel chisels are arranged at the four corners of the bottom plate. A protective cover covers a top plate of the positioning box; the four corners of the protective cover are limited through the limiters; the protective cover is of a steel bar net-shaped structure, and a hollow round hole is formed in the middle.
