A four-season universal constraint glove structure comprises a ventilation inner plate layer, an inner ventilation mesh bag, a main bandage, a middle cloth bag and an outer heat preservation bag. The main binding band comprises a band bag connecting ring fixedly connected with a bag opening of the inner breathable mesh bag, and a left small binding band and a right small binding band which are fixedly connected with the band bag connecting ring. The ventilation inner plate layer is arranged in the inner ventilation mesh bag, and the front edge of the ventilation inner plate layer is located behind the rear edge of the bag connecting ring. And the ventilating inner plate layer is fixedly connected with the lower layer of the inner ventilating mesh bag. And detachable fixed connection structures are arranged between the middle cloth bag and the main bandage as well as between the opening of the outer heat preservation bag and the main bandage.
