A first horizontal groove and a second horizontal groove which are parallel up and down are formed in the width direction of the lower part of each car roof wheel connecting plate; the first supporting plate is embedded into the first horizontal groove, and the second supporting plate is embedded into the second horizontal groove. The lower portion of the damper is fixedly connected with the second supporting plate, and the upper portion of the damper
