The engineering supervision sampling device comprises an outer cylinder, two adjusting boxes and an electric telescopic rod, an adjusting plate is installed at the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod, a rotating motor is installed on the bottom face of the adjusting plate, and the output end of the rotating motor is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft; a spiral conveying blade and a plurality of smashing blades are installed on the outer surface of the rotating shaft, adjusting openings are formed in the side faces, close to each other, of the two adjusting boxes and the left side face and the right side face of the outer barrel, an electric push rod is installed on the inner top wall of each adjusting box, and a sliding plate is installed at the telescopic end of each electric push rod. Through the arrangement of the electric push rod, the sliding plate can be adjusted through power provided by the electric push rod, the effect of adjusting the group baffles is achieved through adjustment
