A part taking and pressing device comprises a moving module, an adsorption plate, a part pressing rod, a part pressing rod via hole, a lifting thrust structure, a floating pressing plate, a sliding rod, a servo pressing rod, a servo pressing rod fixing plate and an air valve hole, the adsorption plate is directly or indirectly installed at the output end of the moving module, after a part is discharged in place, the moving module drives the adsorption plate to the position above the part, and the air valve hole is formed in the air valve hole. Negative pressure is arranged in an adsorption hole to adsorb and transfer a part to a to-be-mounted position, a servo pressing rod downwards presses a floating pressing plate, a spring shrinks, a part pressing rod ascends and descends in a part pressing rod via hole, a pressing needle downwards pushes the part into a part mounting hole and further downwards presses the part, and after a glue solution and a curing agent make contact and react, the part is fixed in the p
