The microstrip line feed ionic liquid antenna comprises a base station and a dielectric resonator arranged on the base station, the base station comprises a floor and a dielectric plate which are arranged in a stacked manner, and the dielectric resonator is arranged on the floor; a coupling groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the dielectric resonator, of the base station, and the coupling groove penetrates through the floor and the dielectric plate; the bottom of the dielectric plate is provided with a microstrip line, and the microstrip line intersects with the coupling groove. The dielectric resonator is of a cylindrical structure which is open at the top and sealed at the bottom and is internally provided with a hollow accommodating cavity; ionic liquid is arranged in the accommodating cavity to form a radiation source; the device also comprises a coaxial probe. An inner conductor of the coaxial probe penetrates throug
