A cultivator-hiller with a drip irrigation belt lifting function comprises a rack, a plurality of drip irrigation belt lifting mechanisms located above a ridge platform, a three-point traction lever arranged at the front end of the rack, a plurality of ridging pears arranged below the middle of the rack and corresponding to furrows, and a ridge platform forming device arranged below the rear end of the rack. The drip irrigation belt lifting mechanism comprises a first roller arranged below the front end of the rack through a connecting seat, a second roller arranged below the middle part of the rack through a connecting seat, and a third roller arranged above the front end of the ridge forming device through a connecting seat; the fourth roller is arranged above the rear end of the ridge forming device through a connecting seat; and the fifth roller is arranged on the rear side of the lower end part of the ridge forming device through a connecting seat. The drip irrigation belt lifting mechanism is composed o
