The upper three-way pipe is connected with a third valve, the lower three-way pipe is connected with a fourth valve, and an auxiliary exhaust pipe is detachably connected between the third valve and the fourth valve. The first valve and the second valve are opened and closed and the main exhaust pipe is detached, and the third valve and the fourth valve are opened and closed and the auxiliary exhaust pipe is detached, so that one exhaust pipeline can be used all the time, internal crystals are cleaned when the main exhaust pipe is detached, and the main exhaust pipe is recovered after cleaning is complete
