Summary: | The utility model relates to a quantitative liquid filling unit. A cylinder body is provided with a piston driven by fluid power. Working chambers on both sides of the cylinder body which is spaced by the piston are respectively connected with a pipeline and the reversing port of a two-position four-way change valve. The liquid inlet of the change valve is connected with a pressure storage jar, and the liquid outlet is connected with a jar mouth. The change valve can be a rotary valve or a sliding valve which comprises manual and mechanical operation modes. The quantitative liquid filling unit does work by the personal pressure of a fluidic system. The quantitative liquid filling unit does not need power which is additionally allocated, which conspicuously decreases energy consumption, and enables the efficiency of the quantitative liquid filling unit to enhance two times. The measuring accuracy of the quantitative liquid filling unit is high; in the potting process, bubbles can not occur; the quantitative liquid filling unit is suitable for accurately subpacking various liquid media. The utility model can be conveniently allocated on various production lines, or is operated manually. |
