The utility model is characterized in that a photoelectric coupler (1) and the input interface (4) form an automatic programming input interface; a keyboard (12), the display (11) and a keyboard and display monitor (10) form a manual programming input interface; a photoelectric coupler (2) and the output interface (5) form a digital control output interface; an optical coupler (3) which is connected with the output interface (5) is connected with the input end of the photoelectric coupler (2) to form a synchronous signal input interface which controls the bidirectional transmission of a data line. The utility model can replace the existing digital control machine tool punched tape and corresponding equipment thereof, and the reliability is enhanced. The utility model has the function of power-off protection, the instructions stored in the utility model can be stored for two years or so, and the utility model has the function of coordination management.
