The anaerobic ammonia oxidation pond filler comprises an outer frame, a supporting column is arranged in the middle of the outer frame, and a grid is arranged between the supporting column and the outer frame; a clamping head is integrally formed at the upper end of the supporting column, and a clamping base is integrally formed at the lower end of the supporting column. The clamping head is a cylindrical head, and guide columns are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the clamping head. A blind hole matched with the clamping head is machined in the clamping base, and guide openings are symmetrically machined in the inner wall of the blind hole. A guide groove is formed in the upper end of the guide opening, and a positioning opening is formed in the tail end of the guide groove; clamping plates are arranged on two sides of the outer frame, and clamping openings are formed between the surfaces of the clamping plates and the outer frame.
