The output end of the flow meter is connected with the first liquid adding pipeline and the second liquid adding pipeline, LNG flows out of the output end of the flow meter after being metered through the first metering pipe and the second metering pipe, and liquid adding of a gas cylinder of an external vehicle is completed through the corresponding first liquid adding pipeline and the corresponding second liquid adding pipeline.
