The durability detection system comprises a simulation probe driving module and a computer control module which are positioned in a test box body for simulating the working environment temperature of a vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the analog probe driving module comprises a pressing rod mounting clamp, a pressing probe, a pressing rod driving motor, a sample placing clamp, an adjusting rod and a motor control and sample signal acquisition interface; the computer control module comprises a probe driving control box, a driving motor control cable, a test signal acquisition and analysis system, a signal acquisition system cable and a communication cable used between the probe driving control box and the test signal acquisition and analysis system. By simulating the actual working environment of the vehicle-mounted terminal, whether the state of the related man-machine interface meets the design require
