By arranging the motor, when the motor runs, on one hand, the drill bit can be driven to rotate to provide a basis for punching of the valve cover, and on the other hand, the motor can enable the nut to descend while rotating, so that the motor pushes the drill bit to descend to punch the valve cover; in t
