A thin plaster reinforced fireproof heat preservation system for a building comprises a concrete main body layer, an organic heat preservation layer arranged on the outer side of the concrete main body layer and a mortar layer arranged on the outer side of the organic heat preservation layer. The A-grade thermal insulation material layer is arranged between the organic thermal insulation layer and the mortar layer; the reinforcing system is arranged in the organic thermal insulation layer; the mortar layer, the mortar hanging mesh, the A-grade thermal insulation material layer, the organic thermal insulation layer and the concrete main body layer sequentially penetrate through the connecting piece; the reinforcing system comprises a vertical reinforcing system and a transverse reinforcing system from bottom to top. The reinforcing system is additionally arranged on the inner side or the outer side of the organic heat-insulating layer, and the fixing strength of the A-level heat-insulating material layer and t
