A high-efficiency energy-saving environment-friendly air conditioner comprises a case rack, an air inlet, an evaporation filter screen, a water receiving tank, a fan and an air outlet, the air inlet is formed in one side of the case rack, the air outlet is formed in the other side of the case rack, and the evaporation filter screen, the water receiving tank and the fan are arranged in the case rack. The evaporation filter screen is adjacent to the air inlet, the fan is arranged adjacent to the air outlet, the water receiving tank is arranged at the bottom of the interior of the case rack and below the evaporation filter screen, and the water chilling unit and the first water pump are arranged underground. The first water pump is connected with the evaporation filter screen and the water chilling unit through water pipes, and a water pipe is connected between the water receiving tank and the water chilling unit.
