An inner leading wire is connected with a temperature adjusting switch, and a leading power line is connected with 220V main power. When the air temperature is low, in the clinical application, an infusion tube is clamped, a power supply is switched on, and the tube is heated directly, the temperature of the dropping physic liquor is increased by 8-16DEG. C, and the discomfort of a patient with the infusion for a long time in the process of treating disease in the environment of low temperature is relieved.
