The oil saving igniting oil gun for boiler can be arranged at the position of a primary air spout stuck to the lower layer of an original coal burner, which makes oil fire contacted with the end of the coal powder jet stream tightly. Because the coal powder concentration at the end of the coal powder jet stream is big; thus, the coal powder can be ignited effectively; a mixed flame of oil and coal is formed by using the coal powder as main materials, the ignition and stabilizing combustion can be carried out, and the fuel oil saves more than 60 per cent.
