The utility model relates to a high-efficiency cooling tower which comprises a tower body, a water collecting tank, a filler layer, a ventilation grille and a water distributor, the water collecting tank is arranged at the lower end of the tower body, the ventilation grilles are arranged on the two sides of the tower body, the filler layer is arranged on the upper portion of the ventilation grille, and the water distributor and the air duct are arranged inside the tower body and on the upper portion of the filler layer. A water collector is arranged at the position, close to the air duct, of the upper portion of the tower body. The water collector is composed of more than two layers of inclined plates which are obliquely fixed. A water distributor is arranged along the periphery of the tower body, and nozzles are directly mounted on the water distributor and can uniformly spray water upwards and inside the tower body; and the water distributor is a concentric-square-shaped pipeline arranged in the middle of t
