The mixing and stirring equipment comprises a base, a left triangular supporting frame and a right triangular supporting frame are fixedly arranged on the base, a motor is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the base on the right side of the right triangular supporting frame, a first rotating wheel is fixedly arranged at the output end of the motor, and a second rotating wheel is fixedly arranged at the output end of the first rotating wheel. A starting switch is arranged on the inner side wall of the right triangular supporting frame, a bearing is arranged on the right triangular supporting frame, one end of the bearing is fixedly connected with the second rotating wheel, the other end of the bearing is fixedly connected with a fixing block, the fixing block is arranged in the middleof the right outer wall of the stirring barrel, and a discharging port is formed in the bottom of the stirring barrel. A bottom cover is arranged on the discharging port, a feeding port is formed inthe upper portion of the s
