Summary: | The utility model discloses a synchronous mechanism of a slide block of a folding machine for sheet materials, which belongs to the field of the processing of sheet materials. A double-parallelogram synchronous mechanism is composed of pull rods, two pairs of connecting rods which are in the same length, and two pairs of swing rods which are in the same length. A parallelogram is formed by that the pull rods are connected with the two pairs of connecting rods of which the other ends are respectively fixed directly on a machine body or are fixed on the machine body through slide blocks. The other parallelogram is formed by that one end of each of the swing rods is connected with the two pairs of connecting rods, and the other end of each of the swing rods is fixed on the slide blocks. Connecting components are lock shafts of which the outsides are sheathed with bearings. The utility model can receive force under the condition of eccentric load to reduce the abrasion of the components and guiding rails and has the advantages of high processing precision and long service life. |
