The gas-material sharing reversing valve is composed of a reversing valve body, a two-way valve mechanism and a one-way valve mechanism. The reversing valve body is provided with a waste gas outlet, a combustion-supporting air inlet, a reversing valve feeding port and a reversing valve discharging port. A two-way valve plate of the two-way valve mechanism is used for sealing and closing the waste gas outlet or the combustion-supporting air inlet in different working states.
