The upper part of the cutter frame is provided with a groove which is used for regulating the front and the rear positions of the blade by a regulating screw regulating. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, small size, low energy consumption, high efficiency and convenient use, and is suitable for cutting and making the straws of various crops, various cereal straws and weeds.
