The utility model is characterized in that a central smoke collecting ring (6) is arranged on a centre shaft (7), and a bellow (5) is surrounded out of the central smoke collecting ring (6) in a ring shape. The upper part of the bellow is provided with a grate strip (2), and the inner side of the bellow (5) is connected with the central smoke collecting ring (6) through a spoke (9). The lower part of the bellow (5) is communicated with the central smoke collecting ring (6) through a smoke drawing passage to form an air draft passage, and the mineral powder which is arranged on the upper part of the bellow is sintered. The bottom of the bellow (5) is arranged on a ring-shaped girder (10). Slow rotation of the ring-shaped girder can drive the bellow to synchronously rotate, which makes the mineral powder continuously sintered. The utility model has simple structure and high production efficiency.
