Summary:The utility model brings forward a light emitting diode structure. Similar triangular micro cavity structures are arranged in a substrate, by use of the refractive index differences between the substrate and cavities, a total-reflection critical angle is changed, the total reflection phenomenon is reduced, emission outwards of light emitted by a luminescent layer is effectively improved, and the light extraction efficiency of a light emitting diode is improved; compared to a conventional ball-type cavity, the volume of the cavity structures is effectively increased, and the proportion of reflected light is enhanced; and a reflection layer is arranged below the substrate in a match mode so that the extraction probability of the light from the side wall of a chip is further improved.
