The technical problem of high processing difficulty caused by complex structures of a valve core and a valve body structure in the prior art is solved. The load sensitive multi-way valve reversing unit comprises a reversing valve, a check valve and a pressure compensation valve; when the reversing valve is in a working state, an oil way between a driving hydraulic oil outlet and a reversing valve oil inlet is connected with an Ls feedback oil opening through a hydraulic oil passage formed between a throttling groove in a reversing valve core and a reversing valve body of the reversing valve; an oil outlet in the pressure compensation valve is connected with an oil inlet of the reversing valve; after being connected with an oil introduction opening in a spring cavity of the pressure compensation valve in parallel, an oil inlet of the check valve is connected with the Ls feedback oil opening. The load sensitive multi-way valve comprises the load sensitive multi-way valve reversing unit provided by the utility model. The structures of the reversing valve body and the valve core are simplified, and the manufacturing difficulty and the cost are reduced.
