Summary: | The utility model discloses a silk screen printing device for solar cells. The silk screen printing device comprises a machine table and a driving mechanism. A printing mechanism and a paste ink reclaiming mechanism are arranged on the driving mechanism. A screen frame is arranged on the machine table, and a screen plate is arranged below the screen frame. The paste ink reclaiming mechanism comprises an ink reclaiming knife. A rectangular screen cloth uniform stress mechanism is arranged at the position, right facing the screen plate, of the driving mechanism, and stress columns are arranged under the four corners of the screen cloth uniform stress mechanism respectively and elastically connected with the screen cloth uniform stress mechanism. The ink reclaiming knife is a rubber strip ink reclaiming knife. As an improvement on an existing silk screen printing device, the screen cloth uniform stress mechanism is additionally arranged; the stress columns are elastically connected with the screen cloth uniform stress mechanism, and therefore the four stress points are elastically stressed; the four stress points are stressed first before printing to share frictioning pressing force of the printing mechanism so as to reduce concave deformation of screen cloth and improve printing uniformity, and therefore the service life of the screen cloth can be prolonged. |
