Summary: | The utility model provides a washing system of a methanol-to-olefin reaction gas. The methanol-to-olefin reaction gas is from a methanol-to-olefin reaction device. The washing system comprises a quench tower, a washing tower and a sewage stripping tower which are sequentially communicated and further comprises an outer-tower desuperheating section which is arranged between the quench tower and the methanol-to-olefin reaction device and is communicated with the reaction gas inlet of the quench tower. The outer-tower desuperheating section is additionally arranged based on the existing washing system for desuperheating the reaction gas from the methanol-to-olefin reaction device out of the tower, so that the reaction gas is quickly in a saturated state so as to enter the quench tower to be quenched. Catalyst solid particles are easily taken off along with quench water, so that the removal effect of the catalyst can be optimized, and therefore, the problem that the washing tower is blocked as a result of an unsatisfactory catalyst removal effect is further effectively alleviated. |
