Summary:The utility model discloses a ceramic heat-insulation and high-temperature electromagnetic heating roller. The ceramic heat-insulation and high-temperature electromagnetic heating roller comprises a heating roller, and is characterized in that the heating roller is made of magnetism-conductive metal; an electromagnetic coil is arranged in the heating roller; the electromagnetic coil is wound around a non-magnetic metal body; electromagnetic induction vortex heating is generated by the heating roller made of the magnetism-conductive metal through a changeable magnetic field generated by electrifying the electromagnetic coil; and a quartz ceramic barrel which can be used for insulating the high heat of the heating roller and through which high-frequency energy of the electromagnetic coil passes is arranged between the electromagnetic coil and the heating roller. The ceramic heat-insulation and high-temperature electromagnetic heating roller has long service life, good reliability and high electric heat conversion efficiency.
