Summary: | The utility model relates to a motor controller suitable for propellers of small ROV and AUV. A power supply circuit in the motor controller supplies electric power for other modules. A master control circuit utilizes six PWM outputs as the input as an IPM circuit. The IPM circuit drives output of a brushless DC motor. An RS485 bus circuit is used for controlling six propellers. An optocoupler isolation circuit respectively isolates the master control circuit from the brushless DC motor and isolates the RS485 bus circuit from the master control circuit, and furthermore transmits three Hall signals to the master control circuit. The master control circuit communicates with outside through the RS485. According to the motor controller, an RS485 bus manner is used for flexibly and expandablely controlling a plurality of impellers, thereby improving controllability and stability of the ROV and the AUV. |
