According to the ice slurry preparing device disclosed by the utility model, by using structural characteristics of the spiral shaft and the spiral scraper, the ice slurry solution flows to the ice outlet under action of axial force, the ice layer is immediately damaged under an action of a circumferential force, so that the ice layer is prevented from being too thick to avoid ice blockage, and the working efficiency is high.
