Summary: | A derusting operation mechanism of an aerial derusting robot comprises a supporting frame arranged on a robot body. Guide rails are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the supporting frame, a slide plate is arranged on the guide rails, the bottom of the slide plate is connectedly clamped on the guide rails through guide rail grooves, and a derusting brush is connected onto an output shaft of a motor which is arranged on the slide plate. An air cylinder is mounted on the supporting frame, and a piston rod at the front end of the air cylinder is connected to the slide plate. The slide plate is driven to move back and forth on the guide rails under the action of telescopic motion of the air cylinder so as to drive the motor and the derusting brush, and operation frequency of the robot body is reduced. By the derusting operation mechanism of the aerial derusting robot, the defect that a derusting brush of a traditional derusting robot cannot be adjusted arbitrarily is solved, derusting requirements of various positions can be met, and high efficiency and convenience in operation are realized. |
