Summary:The utility model discloses a low-loss flexible phase stable coaxial radio frequency cable comprising an internal conductor, an insulating layer, an external conductor, a shielding layer and an external sheath which are arranged in turn from inside to outside. The internal conductor, the insulating layer, the external conductor, the shielding layer and the external sheath are coaxially arranged. The internal conductor is a silver-plated copper single wire. The insulating layer is a micro-porous teflon film tape wrapping layer. The external conductor is a silver-plated copper tape wrapping layer. The shielding layer is a silver-plated copper wire braiding layer. The external sheath is a fluorine plastic extrusion layer. The elongation at break of the silver-plated copper single wire is greater than 40%, and thickness of the surface silver-plated layer is greater than 3 microns. The braiding density of the silver-plated copper wire braiding layer is greater than 80%, and the braiding angle is 45 degrees. According to the low-loss flexible phase stable coaxial radio frequency cable, flexibility and shielding performance of the cable can be increased, attenuation of the cable can be reduced, and the structure is stable. Besides, the cable has characteristics of low standing wave, low attenuation, high shielding and stable phase.
